To serve people by raising resources and allocating them to agencies & groups to build a strong, vibrant Rockland County.

Philosophy
Our philosophy is to unite the Rockland community in support of health and human service programs to its citizens. We do this by providing the means by which a cross section of citizens and agencies may join in a community wide effort to deliver efficient health and human service programs effectively, related to community asset building for all people without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or citizenship status.
